Paul Gauguin lived in Mataiea Village in Tahiti, he painted, "Ia Orana Maria" (Ave Maria) and other depictions of Tahitian life.

I  would use these websites in my instruction so the students could retrieve information about certain artists that we would be studying at the time as well as artistic techniques used in creating specific art. These are great websites to also obtain new ideas for projects that they might be working on. The students could use these websites at school or at home.
